Delivery Terms

Order Lead-time

The Company will provide an “urgent or express or rush” Order service.  The Express order option is available at checkout and delivered in 3 days to Major Centres.

For standard orders, the Company’s lead times will be deemed to commence on the date and time that Pic-a-Tee receives in writing all signed off approvals of the artwork and payment of the funds have been cleared.  Our standard lead time is 7 working days.

Once orders are complete and should there be no courier delays, main centres such as Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria will be delivered on the next business day.

Areas such as Durban, Bloemfontein, East London and other outlying areas can expect a longer delivery period due to our courier terms and conditions.
