We have no minimum order quantities.  We cater for orders of to many ; which can be for personal use or personalised gift or bulk purchases for events; company & business branding.

A process of printing on Apparel using cutting edge ink jet technology where the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the printer soaking into the fibre of the garment.

What is your Embroidery Lead Time ?

• 7-10 working days from Artwork Signoff (Digitisation of LOGO)
• Full Payment required before job commencement

What is the minimum order quantity ?

• There is no minimum order quantity.
• A Digitisation Fee (once off) is Charged per logo (if not on our files) and this cost can range from R200-R500 depending on the complexity of the logo (ie colours; size).
• A cost per logo is also applied for the actual embroidery of the logo which is dependent on the stitch count.

Can I bring my own garments ?

• We prefer to offer an end to end service; however we understand there are times that we might not offer the specific garment you are wanting embroidered.
• In the case of supplying your own garment; please note that an extra garment or a material piece of this garment needs to be provided so that we can test and provide a sample for signoff.
• We are based in Durbanville Cape Town; and therefore if out of town the garments need to be brought or couriered to our premises.

How do I go about ordering embroidery ?

• Please complete the quote form and the team will get back to you within 24 hours (working days) with a quote based on the information supplied.
• Once you accept the quote – we will proceed with the order.

Your Lead time is based on the product and shipping options you select:

• Next Day Delivery – SwifTEE Service | Orders placed before 1pm are available for collection (Durbanville) the next day or delivered the next day to the Major Centres of Cape Town; Durban; Johannesburg and Pretoria on selected products.
• Express Order 2-3 working days | From order placed to Major Centres in SA or in-store collection (Quantities < 15)
• Standard Delivery 3-5 working days | From order placed (allow + 1 day for outlying areas)
• Free Shipping 5 working days with orders > R1500 (allow + 1 day for outlying areas)
• Free In-store Collection or Own Courier Collection 4 working days
• DTF Prints Delivery – 48 hours | From order placed (allow + 1 day for outlying areas)

Delivery is door-to-door with various couriers. These are generally overnight deliveries from date of dispatch, however for outlying areas, this might take up to 2-3 days.

Yes, we do, you are welcome to purchase online for wholesale clothing; just do not upload any artwork and once you update quantities over 5; discounting will apply.  Please also make use of our bulk quote request form.

Our maximum print capability is slightly smaller than A3.

• Our maximum artwork capacity is slightly smaller that an A3 size print which is  27cm by 38cm.

As far as possible we will ensure that the print is almost identical.

However, if there are specific requirements, it is best to check with us first (leave a note in the order notes or email us: info@pic-a-tee.co.za)

The design tool will allow you to create a bigger image aligned to an A3 size.

Placement of artwork and size of artwork needs to be taken into consideration.

We generally do remove the background from the artwork with white backgrounds. However, we will check before we print.

Vector is always preferred; no less than 300 DPI and no background.  We can assist with minor changes but these are the minimum requirements for a quality print.

Your specific requirements need to be communicated in the notes of your order. Otherwise we will use the sizing as indicated in the design tool.

• Please ensure that the measurements on the site are reviewed and checked. This is very important as no returns are accepted based on this reason.
• When ordering ladies garments, please note that these are generally slim fit and will most likely be a tighter fit that the men’s / unisex option.

Specifications relate to weight/grammage of garment and the composition of the material i.e 100% Cotton or blended cotton.

We currently do not provide a “marketplace” on our site; however we are always keen to partner as drop shippers for your designs/brand.  Dropshipping would entail you placing the orders on our site (initially at the prices on the website) ; and we will ship to your customers with no invoicing/branding on the package.  Once a steady flow of orders follows we will provide a discount code to you on order placement.  Email us for more information.
